  • ORB-CMS Manual, including quick start guide, basic usage and individual manuals for the add-ons. All written in simple plain english that make them easy no matter your level of computer skills.

  • Support forum where you can ask questions about the system and if you chose interact with other Orb site owners to share tips and tricks on how to make the most of your website.

  • Our customer only blog giving reqular marketing tips and ideas for your Orb site.

  • Support request form, if you get really stuck you can ask us directly from the client area.

  • Support email, alternatively you can email our technical support.

  • Training, all Orb customers have the option of purchasing real world lessons from our staff or doing remote learning.
